My order arrived in a really flimsy bag with hardly any protection, and the box inside was crushed. A couple of the items looked like they’d been tossed around during shipping. for what I paid, I think better packaging should be a given. It was disappointing enough that I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

I’ve noticed the prices have gone up lately, it feels a bit unfair to me. I still like the place, but it’s getting harder for me to justify paying that much.

I ordered expecting it to show up within a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than I thought. The tracking wasn’t very useful either, so I kept checking it and still didn’t really know what was going on... By the time the package finally arrived, I didn’t even need the items anymore. the whole delivery experience was frustrating, and I’m not sure I’d order again if it’s going to take that long...

Just putting this out there in case anyone orders the wrong size like I did, the exchange was really straightforward. I contacted the staff, they replied quickly, and they got it sorted without any fuss or back-and-forth drama.

It looked good, felt tough, and I thought it was going to be a solid buy—well, I did until a few hikes in when the stitching near one of the pockets started coming loose. It’s still wearable and I’ll probably keep using it, but it’s not quite as durable as I was expecting.

I ordered from armyandoutdoors.co.nz and the tracking was frustrating. It just sat on the same status for days, then out of nowhere there was a new scan, but it didn’t really explain anything useful.

I emailed to ask what was happening and got a basic reply back. It wasn’t rude or anything, just not very helpful, and the timing was annoying because I needed the parcel around then and had no idea if it was even close.

The item did turn up in the end, so that part was fine, but the whole delivery and tracking side made it more stressful than it needed to be. Not the worst ever, but definitely not a great experience.
